Return and Refund Policy

At ZIQIAO LABEL, we want every order from www.ziqiaolabel.com to feel considered, accurate, and wearable. Because our products include fashion apparel, sets, knitwear, denim, skirts, jackets, handbags, jewelry, belts, scarves, and other accessories, returns must protect both the customer's experience and the condition of the merchandise.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered, unless a different return period is required by law or clearly stated on the product page or at checkout. To be eligible, the item must be in new, unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered condition, with original tags, labels, accessories, spare buttons, belts, dust bags, packaging, and any included components intact.

How to start a return

Email support@ziqiaolabel.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, include clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and issue. Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back. Items returned without authorization may be delayed, refused, or sent back where permitted by law.

Condition standards for fashion items

Returned apparel and accessories must be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, smoke, stains, odors, washing, wear, damage, and alterations. Shoes, bags, belts, jewelry, and other accessories must be returned with protective packaging where applicable. Denim, knitwear, faux fur, delicate trims, rhinestones, lace, pleats, and embellished pieces should be packed carefully to prevent damage in transit.

Sets, multi-piece items, and outfit products

Some products are styled or sold as coordinated sets, matching tops and bottoms, outfit pieces, or bundled items. If a product is sold as one set or bundle, all included pieces must be returned together in eligible condition. If a top and bottom are sold separately, each item follows its own return eligibility and price. Partial returns of set items may be refused or adjusted unless we approve them in writing.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene, safety, or merchandising reasons, we may not accept returns for gift cards, final sale items clearly marked as final sale, customized or personalized items, intimate or hygiene-sensitive items where applicable, worn jewelry where return would be inappropriate for hygiene reasons, items damaged after delivery, and products returned outside the eligible window or without required packaging. This does not affect rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Sale and promotional items

Items purchased with a discount, promotion, or sale price may be returnable unless they are clearly marked as final sale or otherwise excluded at the time of purchase. If a promotion included a free gift, bundle discount, threshold offer, or multi-item discount, the refund may be adjusted if returning part of the order means the promotion no longer applies.

Return shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, such as a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs documentation where applicable, and safe packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged before they reach the return destination.

Inspection and refunds

After we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you whether the return is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees, shipping protection, customs duties, import taxes, and other non-product charges are not refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our error. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

Because fashion inventory can change quickly by color, size, and style, the fastest way to exchange an item is usually to return the original item and place a new order for the desired size, color, or style after the return is approved. If an exchange option is available, we will explain it when you contact us.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, materially different from what you ordered, or missing from the package, contact us promptly at support@ziqiaolabel.com. We may request photos or additional information so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Cancellations and order changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation or changes after processing has started, inventory has been allocated, or the package has shipped. If the order has already shipped, you may need to follow the return process after delivery.

European Union cooling-off rights

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have a 14-day right to cancel or return the order for any reason, subject to applicable exceptions. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
