This Shipping Policy explains how ZIQIAO LABEL processes and ships orders placed through www.ziqiaolabel.com. Because our store sells fashion apparel and accessories, some items may require careful packing, variant verification, or additional handling before shipment.
Order processing
Orders are normally prepared after payment is authorized and order details pass routine review. Processing may include confirming product availability, checking selected color and size variants, packing delicate items such as jewelry, belts, bags, faux fur, knitwear, pleated pieces, rhinestone details, or multi-piece sets, and generating shipping documentation. Processing times may be longer during new collection launches, promotions, holidays, inventory updates, severe weather, or high-volume periods.
Shipping options and rates
Available shipping methods, shipping costs, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout when available for your destination. The shipping options shown at checkout are based on factors such as delivery address, item availability, carrier service, package weight, order value, and current shipping settings. We may update shipping methods or rates from time to time.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates are provided by carriers or checkout systems and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, local delivery conditions, or events outside our control. We appreciate your patience if a carrier delay occurs after a package has shipped.
Order confirmation and tracking
After you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided at checkout. When tracking is available, we will send a shipping confirmation or tracking update. Tracking may take time to become active after the carrier receives the package.
Address accuracy
Please enter your shipping address carefully before submitting an order. Include apartment, suite, unit, building, postal code, phone number where required by the carrier, and any delivery details needed for your location. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return-to-sender events, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
Changing an address after purchase
If you need to update a shipping address, contact support@ziqiaolabel.com immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee address changes after processing begins or after the order is shipped. If a carrier offers package redirection, additional carrier fees or limitations may apply.
International orders, customs, and duties
If international shipping is available for your destination, your order may be subject to customs inspection, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by your country or region. Unless clearly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the customer's responsibility. Customs delays are outside our control.
Split shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages if items are fulfilled separately, if products have different handling requirements, or if inventory is located in different fulfillment locations. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If tracking shows unusual delay, delivery failure, or damage, contact us at support@ziqiaolabel.com with your order number and tracking information. For damaged packages, keep the packaging and product and provide clear photos. We will review the issue and help with carrier information, replacement options, refund eligibility, or next steps as appropriate.
Delivered but not received
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, reception, parcel lockers, and the local carrier first. Contact us if the package still cannot be located. Carrier investigation timelines and outcomes may vary.
Refused or returned packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, unpaid customs charge, or customer refusal, we will review the package once received. Refunds, reshipment, or deductions for shipping and related charges may apply where permitted by law.
